  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix milk, Miracle Whip and flour in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Stir in cheese. Microwave 1 min.; stir. Add turkey, mixed vegetables and onions; mix lightly. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate; smooth top.
  • Place pie crust over filling; flute edge, pressing into rim of pie plate to seal. Cut several slits in crust to permit steam to escape. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

Special Extra

For extra colour and shine, brush crust with beaten egg white before baking as directed.

Creative Leftovers

Put those leftovers to good use! Last night's cooked chicken or ham would also taste great in this steaming pot pie. Just prepare as directed, substituting leftover chopped cooked chicken or ham for the turkey.

I made this tonight for my family and my husband is very picky but he loved it. Only change is I added some black pepper and paprika because we love spicy foods. It was great and very flavourful. Will definitely make again.

This was a fantastic way to use up leftover turkey. I added a tbsp of curry (we like spice) and it turned out awesome.

This recipe was easy to make. I used a home-made crust, the only change and it is so delicious! My husband and son hate meat pies as a rule but loved this one. Thank you.!
