  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Trim and discard ends from zucchini. Cut zucchini into 36 thin slices; place in medium bowl. Add Caesar dressing; toss to evenly coat zucchini.
  • Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish. Dip zucchini slices, 1 at a time, in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each slice. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet; press cheese mixture into zucchini to secure.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until zucchini is crisp and golden brown, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Serve zucchini chips with Miracle Whip mixture.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.


Substitute Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing for the Caesar dressing.

Special Extra

Add 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley to Miracle Whip mixture before serving with the zucchini.
