  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients.
  • Layer half the zucchini, 1/4 cup cheese mixture and half the tomatoes in 2-L casserole dish; cover with 1/4 cup of the remaining cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over ingredients in casserole dish.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and topping is golden brown.

Special Extra

For more flavour, layer 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil with other ingredients in casserole dish before baking as directed.
