How to Roast Garlic

When roasted, garlic transforms itself. It fills the kitchen with a soft and refined aroma and charms your taste buds with its soft texture. Follow our simple steps and explore the many ways to enjoy it.

Just Follow Our Simple Steps:


1. PREHEAT oven at 400 °F. Slice (off) approximately ½ inch off the top of a large garlic clove to expose its insides.

2. PLACE the garlic clove in the center of a 8 inch square of aluminium foil. Drizzle with ½ tsp of olive oil and sprinkle with a dash of salt.


3. BRING TOGETHER and crimp all four corners of the aluminium foil square to wrap up the garlic. Roast in a small pan for 45 min or until the cloves are tender and golden.


4. REMOVE from the oven and let cool. Extract the roasted garlic from each clove by pressing it between your fingers or with the flat of a large knife.
