2. PLACE the garlic clove in the center of a 8 inch square of aluminium foil. Drizzle with ½ tsp of olive oil and sprinkle with a dash of salt.
4. REMOVE from the oven and let cool. Extract the roasted garlic from each clove by pressing it between your fingers or with the flat of a large knife.
