From the best batter to the perfect cooking time, find out how to make pancakes that make breakfast the meal to beat. Never again guess when to stop mixing, when to flip and how to keep pancakes warm until you’re ready to serve.
Assemble all your ingredients flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, egg, milk and oil.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl with whisk until blended. Whisk together eggs, milk and oil in separate bowl until blended Add to dry ingredients with whisk or spoon; stir just until blended. Batter should be lumpy, do not overmix.
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Working in batches, pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet.
Cook 2-3 min. until bubbles start to turn on tops and bottoms are golden brown. Turn, and cook an additional 1-2 min. to brown the other side.
Serve warm with your favourite topping, maple syrup, jam or fresh fruits. If desired, keep pancakes warm in 225 F oven, until ready to serve.
