Twitter Guidelines

Welcome to the KRAFT Canada Twitter account! We are a fun, family-friendly community where friends of KRAFT are invited to join the conversation.

Our goal at KRAFT what’s cooking is to surprise and delight you with the latest updates on recipes, delicious meal ideas, new product announcements and more!

Tweets from the KRAFT Canada Twitter account are managed by our Community Manager Jen Melo and social media team.  We’ll sign tweets with our initials so you’ll always know who you’re speaking to.

Here are some tips to help you better connect with us:

  • If you follow us on Twitter, we may follow you back. Being followed or Re-Tweeted by us does not imply endorsement of any kind
  • We will update and monitor this Twitter account regularly during office hours, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (EST), Monday to Friday, and occasionally on evenings and weekends. We will do our best to respond to you within four hours during our work day, or as soon as possible if you’ve connected outside of business hours (even food lovers need to sleep!) Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime
  • We welcome feedback and ideas from our followers and will try to join the conversation when possible. However, no matter how much we’d like to, we are not always able to reply individually to all of the messages we receive via Twitter
  • Since we are a family-friendly community, we ask that you be respectful of others’ opinions, keep it clean, refrain from advertising, avoid using provocative or otherwise inflammatory terms. Failure to comply with this rule will mean that we won’t be able to welcome you into our community
  • Our Social Media team reads all @replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed along to the relevant department here at KRAFT Canada
